This year, we are excited to support the VCU Suit Yourself Closet through a clothing drive at this year’s Academic Advising Conference!

The Suit Yourself Closet offers free gently used professional clothing and styling services to VCU students. The goal of this donation drive is to support our students by providing articles of professional clothing to help meet the needs of the VCU student community. The Suit Yourself Closet accepts any gently used professional men’s and women’s clothing of all sizes. This can include shirts and blouses, pants, suits, jackets, skirts, dresses, shoes, and ties.

Your participation in this drive is voluntary.

Ways to support this effort:

  • Bring professional clothing to the in-person conference on May 15. When you check in, we will add them to our donations box.
  • Consider a monetary donation here. Gifts will be used to provide materials for maintaining the Suit Yourself Closet and obtaining new, difficult-to-stock clothing items for students.
    • You can make a one-time donation, a recurring donation, and even tag your business or employer for a matching donation program (VCU/VCU Health Employees can make donations through payroll deduction).
